If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of your dispatch date, contact us at support@furrwellpets.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund whichever you prefer.

Product Care
Most products can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. For harnesses and collars, hand wash in cold water.
Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up - most products have adjustable straps.
Our products are selected for durability and everyday use. With proper care most FurrWell accessories last 1–3 years or more. If you experience any quality issues within 30 days of purchase contact us and we will make it right.
